As an Operator at our client in Roermond, you will work in a dynamic production environment where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines that make foam products. Your daily tasks consist of:
- Setting and adjusting production machines
- Performing quality checks on the produced goods
- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
- Supporting colleagues in solving technical problems
You will work in a nice team of 100 colleagues at our location in Roermond. Working hours are Monday through Friday in alternating shifts. Weekend work is sporadic but well rewarded.
After 4 to 6 weeks, you will have the opportunity to move into the 5-shift schedule.
What we need
- Vmbo working and thinking level
- Experience as an operator or in a similar role
- Speaking and writing English is a must
- Understanding Dutch is sufficient; speaking it perfectly is not necessary
- Technical insight
- Motivated, flexible and eager to learn
