From the very first client interaction, you’ll be closely involved in projects and ensure customer needs are translated into concrete solutions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, monitor planning, and serve as the face of the company for clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex, client-specific projects from concept to delivery.
  
• Coordinating and managing Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Installation.
  
• Reviewing and approving technical documents and specifications.
  
• Preparing, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets.
  
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, while resolving technical challenges.
  
• Representing the company during FATs and throughout the warranty period.

You will join a dynamic work environment where office and workshop are located under the same roof—allowing you to see the entire process, from design to construction and delivery of complex installations. You are a technically skilled, results-oriented professional who thrives on taking responsibility. You know how to inspire your team and keep an overview, even when managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

You bring:

• A completed technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
  
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer in the maritime, offshore, or industrial sector.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.

• A competitive salary between €5,000 and €7,600 gross per month.
  
• 40 days off (27 vacation days + 13 ADV days) based on full-time employment.
