Description

• Provide support to the marketing team across various projects, with a focus on timely and efficient execution.
• Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of conferences and events within the EMEA region.
• Offer proactive support to sales channels, including the extensive network of distributors.
• Efficiently manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
• Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials that align with the brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
• Develop and distribute engaging content (both written and visual) for newsletters, websites, and social media platforms.
• Take responsibility for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns, with a focus on conferences, including content development and scheduling.
• Monitor web and social media channels, analyze performance, and prepare quarterly reports, including competitive analysis.
• Ensure compliance with social media best practices and keep team members informed about the latest trends and guidelines.

Profile

• 3 to 5 years of proven work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of social media and experience with social media management tools and platforms.
• Experience with design and content creation.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write compelling content.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Customer-focused work experience or experience in customer interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Communicative, outspoken, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, other languages such as German, French, Spanish and Dutch are a plus.

Job Offer

• A salary between €2,500 and €4,000, depending on your experience
• 27 vacation days, 1 extra day off on your birthday, and 2 additional days off if you haven't taken any sick leave throughout the calendar year
