This varied and exiting position consists of a.o. the following tasks:
  • Air import freight handling & administration in accordance with our internal procedures. Includes order entry, booking & pick up arrangement, freight consolidation and documentation creation, billing administration for outgoing and incoming invoices.
  • Communicating proactively with our customers, suppliers and overseas partners.
  • Establish and extending the relationship with airlines and local GSA’s
  • Other assignments by management.


Gevraagd

  • 1-2 years related logistics work experience in Air Import is a plus.
  • Flexible and motivated employee, no 9-5 mentality.
  • Open to work during the weekend shift.
  • Be a team player and have the ability to listen, comprehend and effectively communicate to obtain positive results.
  • Pro-active and strong organization skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Office)
  • English and -preferably- Dutch language skills
  • Living in the wider Hoofddorp area
