On behalf of our client, we are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead business growth across several markets within the aesthetics sector. This field-based role will focus on driving strategic sales efforts, managing high-value client relationships, and contributing to market expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing key accounts, a strong understanding of injectable products, and a passion for delivering results in a competitive market.

Our client is a well-established international company in the medical aesthetics industry with a diversified portfolio of non-surgical treatment solutions. With a solid presence across multiple regions and a strong commitment to innovation, the company offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. They are currently expanding their market presence and investing in talent to support strategic commercial initiatives.
 

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device sector

  • At least 3 years in a senior sales role with key account responsibility

  • Deep understanding of injectable-based treatments or aesthetic procedures

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Experience using CRM tools to support data-driven decision making

  • Proven track record in driving performance improvements through process optimization

  • Willingness to travel internationally
