Reception Manager – Park Plaza Eindhoven

We're looking for a Reception Manager who lives and breathes guest experience, someone with the instinct to anticipate needs and the heart to make everyone feel at home. This role goes beyond check-ins—it’s about setting the tone for everything that follows.

What you’ll do as Reception Manager:

Lead and inspire the front office team on an operational basis
Ensure a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience for all guests
Take on broader hotel responsibilities when needed, with a flexible and hands-on approach
Act as the go-to person for both guests and colleagues at the reception

What you bring:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Strong Dutch proficiency – we would love to greet our native Dutch guests in their home language!
