Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance—both inside and out.
Conduct regular spot checks on equipment (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.).
Handle mechanical maintenance of heaters, ventilation, coolers, and AC units.
Respond to maintenance requests with professionalism, speed, and a smile.
Ensure safety standards are met for guests and team members alike.
Liaise with external contractors and assist where needed.
Promote a helpful, professional image to guests and colleagues.

Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a hotel? That’s a big plus!
Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and building maintenance.
A proactive, responsible attitude—you take ownership of your work.
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
Flexibility with working hours and availability for standby shifts.
