Full-Stack Software Developer(Full‑time)
A fast‑growing health‑tech startup is seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Software Developer to join our multidisciplinary team. Having established a strong foothold in primary care, we’re now expanding into hospital environments-and we need you to help scale our SaaS platform.
What You’ll Do
Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust back‑end services and RESTful APIs using Java.
Collaborate & Iterate: Partner with UX/UI designers to elevate the front‑end experience and deliver seamless user journeys.
Integrate & Automate: Connect our platform to third‑party tools and services, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflows.
Champion Quality: Enforce coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and adopt best practices to keep our codebase healthy.
Proven Expertise: 3+ years of professional software development experience, with strong Java skills.
Front‑End Fluency: Hands‑on familiarity with modern frameworks (Angular expertise is a plus).
Version Control Savvy: Deep understanding of Git workflows and collaborative development.
Solution‑Oriented: A practical, proactive mindset; comfortable working both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
Impact‑Driven: Genuine passion for building technology that improves patient care and health outcomes.
Competitive Compensation: €60,000-€90,000 (including 8% holiday pay).
