Our client, a global leader in casual footwear and accessories, is seeking aPeople Operations Specialistto join their HR Shared Services team. In this role, you will be the main contact point for employees across multiple countries, managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a range of HR initiatives and projects while ensuring processes align with company policies and local guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, covering policies, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and leave management in compliance with local laws.
• Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS (SuccessFactors) for activities such as onboarding, promotions, terminations, compensation adjustments, and organizational changes.
• Prepare and process documentation for employee lifecycle events including hiring, termination, and internal transfers.
• Guide employees and managers on the use of self-service tools within SuccessFactors.
• Continuously review and improve HR policies, procedures, and resources to ensure best practice and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate employee files and ensure data integrity.
• Administer Leaves of Absence according to local employment regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely data to the Payroll team for processing.
• Support HR operational projects and perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or similar HR functional roles.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Dutch and/or UK labor law or familiarity with other European labor laws
• Experience working with international payroll processes is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with confidence and patience in addressing employee queries.
