HR Country Lead

The HR Country Lead coaches and manages HR Consultants and/or HR Business Partners in the team. Next to this, they also support one or more Business Units as a HR Consultant, which means they are the first point of contact for the Managing Directors and management teams of these BUs by providing advice on and offering solutions for implementing the HR policy with regard to, among other things, inflow and outflow, staff planning, absence, employee performance and application of labor law.

The HR Country Lead works within a decentralized model, which requires a consultant-like approach and willingness to travel within the Netherlands. In addition, the role is independent and focused on supporting their own management teams, which requires a certain degree of independence and comfort with working more solo at certain points in time.

Apeldoorn (PinkRoccade HealthCare office) will be home base, and the HR Country Lead will be travelling to other locations like Capelle a/d Ijssel and Groningen on a (at least) weekly or two-weekly basis. Next to that future travelling might be required to other companies in the Netherlands. The role offers a hybrid working model—enjoy the best of both worlds by working from home and collaborating in the office!

The role is part of an international HR team working in the Netherlands, Portugal, and Cyprus. In the near future, more countries and companies will be added to the group. This HR Country Lead role is focused on the Netherlands, although there will meetings, events, and projects in English.
