• Experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry or AGF sector.
• Experience in production, warehouse or logistics.

• A competitive salary between €2794 and €3416 gross per month, excluding shift bonus.
• A shift bonus of 18.2%.

We are looking for operators for 3 shifts! Do you have experience as an operator or does your background come from production, logistics or warehouse work and are you ready to develop yourself? Then our client in Waalwijk is the perfect workplace for you!

This company is a major player in the processing of fresh fruits and vegetables. These products come directly from the land to the factory, where they are washed, sorted, packaged, frozen and stored. As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly, making sure everything is running optimally. You supervise new colleagues, keep an eye on the production and intervene in time in case of technical malfunctions or deviations. You actively contribute to improvements and ensure that the processes run efficiently.

Your tasks include

• Controlling the production planning and processes.
• Identify and resolve deviations in the line.
• Performing quality checks.
• Solving malfunctions and preventing problems.
• Maintaining safety, order and hygiene on the shop floor.

You will work in a 3-shift system, with morning, afternoon and night shifts. You will receive an attractive shift bonus!
