As a Team Leader, you are the go-to person on the warehouse floor. You know how to motivate your team, keep an overview, and maintain structure in daily operations. You're hands-on, decisive, and committed to quality and collaboration. You are stress-resistant, flexible, well-organized, and able to set the right priorities.

• Experience as a team leader in a logistics/warehouse environment
• MBO-level working and thinking skills
• Ability to coach, coordinate, and motivate warehouse staff
• Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems
• Strong communication skills in English

• Monthly salary €3.500,- – €4.500,- gross based on 40 hours, depending on experience
• Full-time role in day shifts, with the flexibility to work one quarterly shift in a two-shift system, with extra pay

As Team Leader, you are responsible for supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations. Together with your team, you ensure all tasks are executed accurately and on time. You encourage teamwork, monitor progress, and help meet deadlines efficiently.

You understand logistics and operational processes and support your team effectively. You report to the Shift Leader and act as the first point of contact on the floor.

• Leading, guiding and motivating a team of ± 30 employees
• Coordinating daily warehouse activities
• Ensuring efficient work allocation and staffing
• Monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with procedures
• contact with staffing agencies and internal departments
