Are you the Operator who wants to make the best Appetizers ? Then we are looking for you ! McCain Appetizers in Rilland is looking for Packing Operators who know how to work!

What to expect?

As a Packing Operator you will make sure that everything runs smoothly. With your independence and eye for detail, you will play an important role in our production process. Your duties and responsibilities:

-Operate one or more machines and keep them running smoothly.

-Preparing the production process and recording production data.

-Checking packaging and labels to make sure everything is 100% correct.

-Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene around the lines and performing minor machine maintenance.

-Signaling improvements and helping to train new colleagues.

-Providing general maintenance (cleaning, minor repairs, fixing machine problems).

-Reporting to supervisor (e.g. complaints, product quality or hygiene problems, improvement opportunities, malfunctions and defects).

-You will follow procedures and instructions related to HACCP or similar food safety standards while working.

With your commitment, we will work together to ensure the best quality and tastiest products!

Work times:

You will work in a 3-shift system Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. Working hours are:

-6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. (morning shift)

-14:00 am to 10:00 pm (afternoon shift)

-22:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. (night shift)

At McCain Appetizers in Rilland you can immediately count on

-Starting salary of €16.34 per hour (including ATV allowance, excluding shift allowances).

-Surcharge for working in shifts: 33% extra between 18:00 and 00:00, and 35% extra between 00:00 and 06:00

-25 vacation days

-3% year-end bonus

-Travel allowance.

You have experience as an operator or a position related to this and/or have a technical background.
