As a Logistics Employee, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of flowers and plants to our clients. Start your day early and finish by 10:00 or 11:00, giving you plenty of free time for yourself!Start your mornings with energy and finish your workday before lunch!At 06:00, your day kicks off with a short, focused team briefing—then it’s time to hit the floor! You’ll hop on your electric tugger and navigate through a sea of colorful flowers, making sure every order gets where it needs to be.
You’ll be picking the freshest flowers and plants, double-checking orders with precision, and delivering them safely and swiftly to the right carts. By 10:00 or 11:00, you’re done, free to enjoy the rest of your day while others are just getting started!

Royal FloraHolland is a Dutch cooperative and the largest flower and plant auction organisation in the world, with key hubs in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk, Rijnsburg en Eelde, facilitating global export and wholesale distribution of tens of millions of blooms each day.
The Rijnsburg location, situated in the heart of the Dutch “Dune and Bulb district,” specialises in order picking, meaning that flower orders are carefully prepared per buyer rather than sold directly from the auction clock. Since early 2023, Rijnsburg fully transitioned to order‐picking logistics, improving efficiency and reliability in delivery operations.

Wat vragen wij van je
✔️ You are at least 165 cm tall (for safe and efficient cart handling)
📅 Available to work at least 2 days per week, preferably on Monday and Friday
🗣️ Comfortable communicating in Dutch or English
📄 Willing to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) if required
