Theinternship
AsavaluedmemberofBirraMorettiteamyouwouldbeworkingonMarketing, Innovation projectsand generalBrandManagementtasksforBirraMoretti,alongwithoccasionallysupportingtheCMI(Market Research) activities.
Thiswillinvolve:
- Developingmarketingassetsandmediacontentwiththesupportofcreativeagencies
- Supportingnewproductdevelopmentactivities
- Providingcategoryanalytics,conductingdataanalysis, and generating insights
- Managingdigitalassetsoncompany platforms
- Conceptresearchandbranddevelopment
- Benchmarkingtrends,digitaland social activity, and industry best practices
- Leadingyourown projects
- Supportinginternalcommunicationsandengaging markets around the world
- Assisting theBirra Morettiteamwithpresentationstoexternal stakeholders
- Assistingwithproductshipmentsandlogistics
DuringyourinternshipyouwillgettheopportunitytogettoknowHEINEKENasacompany,also outsideyourdepartment.Wegiveyouthetrustandfreedom,soyoucanworklikeareal entrepreneur. You will be part of theCommerce department; Our key stakeholders are Brand Managers, R&D teams, CMI, Designers, Markets and Agencies.

For this role,we are looking for a candidate who has a willingness to learn anddevelop their skills and capabilitiesacrosscommunication,adaptability,multiculturalawareness,commercialresilience,and innovation.

- Currentlystudyingfor aBachelors orMaster’sdegree,fluent writtenandspokenEnglish
- A passionfortheworld ofbeer and zero alcohol
- Anopenandglobalmindset,natural curiosity,andwillingnessto askwhy
- Exceptionalteam player capabilityandeagernesstolearnandshare knowledge
- Agoodeyeforbuildingwinningpowerpointpresentations
- Familiarwith general office tools (Microsoft) - graphic design & video editing skills are a plus
- Confident,withgoodcommunicationandpresentationskills
- Abilitytoworkacrossmultipleprojectsatonce,todealwithmultipleprojectownersandto manage your own time
- Highlymotivated with strong sense of personal initiative
- Wewillconsiderapplicantsfromallacademicdisciplinesandlevels,butspecificattentionwillbe paid to those from marketing, business, PR/communication, market research or innovation backgrounds
Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
