Unit Large Projects Offshore NL (LON):
Based on the Energy agreement, where the targets and intentions for the transition to a more renewable energy supply are set, the Roadmap Offshore wind energy 2030 and the ambition to realise additional windcapacity prior to 2030 a roll-out strategy is being prepared for the medium term, including the IJmuiden Ver (DC) projects. This results in a commitment for TenneT to realise at least 2x (with potential up to 5) 2GW HVDC Grid Connection Systems which bring the power from offshore wind-farms in the North sea to the Dutch electricity grid to be commissioned between 2028 – 2030.

Between 2028 and 2031, TenneT will realize the following 525 kV bipolar connections of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) with a capacity of 2 GW each in designated wind areas in the Dutch and German North Sea. These projects are part of the 2GW Program.

Role overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Analyst to support the ongoing rollout and optimisation of Thinkproject across TenneT’s full 2GW portfolio (~14 live projects). You’ll work directly with document managers and controllers to define requirements, log and manage change requests, and support testing activities. This is a delivery-focused role with clear ownership over making the tooling effective and usable for project teams working in live 2GW projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Define and refine document management requirements in collaboration with end users;
– Log, track, and manage change requests related to Thinkproject usage across all 2GW projects;
– Execute testing of new features and changes alongside document managers and controllers;
– Coordinate with the Thinkproject vendor to align implementations with user needs;
– Maintain oversight of system integration efforts and ensure changes are adopted effectively;
– Communicate regularly with the internal Product Owner and report to the Head of DCS;
– Proactively manage your own schedule and stakeholder engagement.

Conditions:
– At entry, TenneT performs a Pre-Employment Screening;
– Duty station for this position is Arnhem Rijnpoort. Preferable two days a week, no fixed days;
– TenneT prefers a candidate who is available 40 hours per week;
– Temporary position with probably no possibility of an extension;
– For this position the candidate will have two interviews. First interviews with two members of the lead, second interview with the lead;
– Temporary position due to maternity leave.

Additional information:
– Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and TenneT’s Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 6;

– Je hebt een bachelor’s degree met minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie met ervaring met complexe, infrastructurele projecten binnen organisaties vergelijkbaar met TenneT (aan opdrachtgeverszijde) of bijvoorbeeld bij een aannemer. – Begrip van Thinkproject of vergelijkbare CDE-platformen (met uitzondering van SharePoint). – Je bent vertrouwd met het gebruik van Jira en Confluence. – Professionele beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal. – Je bent gestructureerd, werkt zelfstandig, hebt sterke stakeholdervaardigheden en een duidelijke focus op oplevering. – Je kunt zelfstandig opereren binnen meerdere actieve projecten met minimale supervisie en voelt je prettig in een dynamische, snel veranderende omgeving. – Bij aanvang voert TenneT een Pre-Employment Screening uit. – Standplaats voor deze functie is Arnhem Rijnpoort, bij voorkeur twee dagen per week aanwezig, geen vaste dagen. – TenneT geeft de voorkeur aan een kandidaat die 40 uur per week beschikbaar is. – Voor deze functie voert de kandidaat twee sollicitatiegesprekken: eerste gesprek met twee leden van het leadteam, tweede gesprek met het leadteam. – Alle voorgestelde kandidaten moeten in het bezit zijn van een geldig paspoort of identiteitskaart, welke moet worden meegenomen naar het sollicitatiegesprek en bij de start van de opdracht. – De kandidaat moet gedurende de gehele looptijd van de opdracht beschikbaar zijn. – De VOG-aanvraag is onderdeel van de screening. – Ervaring met documentmanagement in infrastructuur- of kapitaalprojectomgevingen is een pré. – Ervaring met softwareontwikkeling, met name het verzamelen en verduidelijken van requirements en testen, is vereist. – Ervaring met complexe IT-projecten met een businesscomponent (complexe infrastructurele projecten), bijvoorbeeld aan de opdrachtgeverszijde of binnen een aannemer. – Je bent een zelfstarter en niet bang om mensen te benaderen (ondernemend). – Proactief eigen agenda en stakeholdermanagement voeren.
