Making a real difference while working with fresh fruits and veggies, that’s what it’s all about at Van Gelder in Ridderkerk. As a production worker, you'll help prepare delicious salads, meals, and other fresh products for our customers. Want to work in a positive environment with great colleagues? As a production worker, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your tasks will be varied and active, ensuring every day is a bit different. Your daily tasks will include:
Preparing and cutting fresh fruits and vegetables
Packing and assembling meals and salads
Weighing, labeling, and sealing products accurately
Keeping your workspace clean and organized
The work is done between Monday and Saturday, with one or two days off. The work start at 06:00 and it finish at 17:00. Depending on the workload there is the opportunity to start a bit later.
What we need
Basic English or Dutch speaking skills
Comfortable working in a cool environment (5°C)
Experience in production (especially with food)
Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail

What we offer
€14.40 gross/hour + 135% overtime after 38 hours
€0.23/km travel allowance (over 10 km)
Car provided if you have a license – e-bike options too
8.3% vacation bonus
