Would you like to work in a green and dynamic environment? At Harmoniz, you will work in greenhouses, helping to pollinate and care for tomato plants. This is a great job for people with an eye for detail and a love for plants! Good work!About the function
As a pollinator, you will ensure that tomato plants are properly pollinated, resulting in strong and healthy fruits. You will remove flower parts, pollinate the plants, and count the flowers on a truss. Additionally, you will perform light pruning tasks and assist with general greenhouse work. The job is not physically heavy, but it requires precision and patience. Your tasks:
- Pollinating tomato plants
- Removing flower parts
- Counting flowers on a truss
- Performing light pruning tasks
- Working according to hygiene and food safety regulations
Working hours:
- 36 - 38 hours per week
- Between 06:00 and 16:00 (depending on the season)
- Occasional weekend or holiday work, depending on workload
- Experience with pollination or greenhouse work
- You speak communicative English or Dutch
- You have your own transportation
- €15,72 gross per hour
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 1 km)
- 8.33% holiday allowance per year
- Work clothing and shoes provided
