As a vegetable packer at Tuinderij Vers, you'll play an essential role in the creation of fresh salads and sliced vegetables that are delicious all year round!  Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Packing fresh vegetables into containers

• Weighing and preparing salads to perfection

• Ensuring the highest standards of freshness and quality on the production line

You'll be working a consistent day shift from Monday to Sunday, with one or more days off during the week. Shifts usually run from 6:00/7:00 AM to 3:00/5:00 PM -  giving you the rest of the afternoon and evening to enjoy your free time! 

Depending on the workload, shift times may vary slightly. Weekend availability is important, as the company operates seven days a week.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• The ability to work in cold environments (approx. 7°C)

• Availability to work weekends (our operations run 24/7)

• A strong physical condition and a great work ethic

• A driving license (preferred, but not mandatory)

• Competitive gross hourly wage of €14.40 per hour

• Do you have a driver's license? Then you can also become a driver for our car! As a thank you, you'll receive an extra bonus on top of your salary!

• We offer free transport from Spijkenisse, Hoogvliet, Schiedam and Vlaardingen

• Weekly pay no long waits!

• Overtime allowance of 135% after 38 hours per week

• Generous 200% allowance for working on national holidays and Sundays

• Travel allowance of €0.21/km (up to €8.05 per day)

• Holiday allowance of 8.33%
