• Relationship management: You are the person who ensures strong, long-term relationships. You understand that recruitment is all about people and that human connection is our priority. Together with your candidates and clients, you build a sustainable collaboration, in which trust and integrity are key.
• Recruiting and screening candidates: You search, screen, and select maritime professionals with an eye for detail and a sense of quality. From LinkedIn to specialist job boards – you know how to find the best channels to get the right people on board.
• Advice and guidance: You are not only involved in placing candidates, but also in guiding them through the entire application process. Think of advice on market developments, salary expectations, and preparation for interviews. Your knowledge of contract forms, temporary employment and secondment will come in handy here!
• Project management: You keep an eye on everything from drawing up job profiles to coordinating interviews and following up on placements. You'll work closely with account managers and other team members to ensure a smooth process and successful placement.
• Building market knowledge: Recruitment never stands still, and neither do you! By staying on top of trends in the maritime sector and the labour market, you can always give clients and candidates the best advice.
• Networking: You will participate in trade fairs and visit companies so that you can get acquainted with this wonderful industry and forge valuable relationships.

• Don't have a university degree? It doesn't matter to us. The most important thing is that you think: 'this sounds like fun!'
• You have work experience in recruitment. Technical recruitment is an advantage.
• You are a strong and driven relationship manager and enjoy building long-term partnerships.
• You have a keen eye for talent and are always looking for the right match.
• You can calculate and you understand the cost price, margin and selling price.
• You have knowledge of contract forms (temporary employment, secondment) and the German working agreements.
• Excellent command of German and English.
• You are result-oriented, resilient, eager to learn, like to work together and feel at home in an informal, people-oriented working environment.
• You live in (or are willing to move to) the Amsterdam region.
