As an Operational Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring their air logistics needs are met efficiently. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhanceoperational processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. By maintainingstrong relationshipsand identifying opportunities for optimization, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Serve as the main operational contact for key air logistics customer.
- Ensure smoothexecutionofair freightoperations, including compliance andperformance monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimizeservice quality.
- Drivecustomer retentionand identify opportunities for efficiency andcost savings.
- Supportbusiness reviewsby analyzing performance data and presenting insights.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in air logistics is essential.
- Strong understanding ofair freightimport/export operationsandregulatory compliance.
- Experience in customer relationship management within logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to driveoperational improvements.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and otherreporting tools.
- Ability to travelas required.
