We are seeking an experienced Factory Design Engineer for a fast-growing international company specializing in turnkey cooling and freezing systems for the food processing industry.As a Factory Design Engineer, you are responsible for designing complete food processing plants. You translate customer requirements into smart, efficient, and hygienic factory layouts and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients around the world.
As a Project Manager, you will:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring satisfaction, managing expectations, and addressing issues promptly.
Continually assess and document project risks and issues, implementing appropriate action or mitigation plans.
Identify and document opportunities for continuous improvement and lessons learned for future projects.

About the Company
Wat vragen wij van je
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
3 years of project management experience in the food processing industry.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Accreditation is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on approaching technical challenges from first principles.
Solid understanding of business objectives and the ability to adapt to dynamic timelines.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Canada and the USA as needed (up to 25%).
