- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Mon–Fri: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00)
- Own transport (the location is difficult to reach by public transport)
Proficiency in Dutch, English, or German

As an operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring CNC-controlled machines. You ensure a smooth production process and contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality components. Thanks to your attention to detail and precise working method, you consistently deliver top quality.
Your responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines
- Placing and machining aluminum components
- Performing quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Finishing parts by grinding, sanding, and cleaning for a perfect result
- Assembling and packaging final products for shipment to customers
- During your first two weeks, you will receive thorough training from an experienced colleague to ensure you are well-prepared and confident in your new role.
