As a renovation assistant, your tasks will include handing out building materials, helping with clearing out homes, supplying tools and materials, assisting with crane operations, and cleaning the worksite. Once you prove you're ready, you’ll assist on the roof with carpentry and help set up and place roof tiles. Over time, you’ll gain more responsibilities and be given the opportunity to choose an area in which you’d like to develop further. You can grow into roles such as demolition expert, carpenter, roofer, or crane operator.

Your future employer also provides opportunities for further development, such as obtaining certifications like VCA, aerial work platform operation, and crane operation. They also offer construction-related training to help you acquire specialized knowledge and advance your career.

And, of course, let’s talk about the pay. At your future employer, you’ll earn an excellent wage. You’ll start at €15.88 per hour plus 4.8% ADV (extra hours compensation), bringing your monthly salary to €2,884.09. That’s great pay!

You’ll work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. You’ll gather at the company’s depot at 06:00 , but if you live close to the renovation site, you can go directly there.
