For a renowned textile company in the Helmond area, we are looking for an enthusiastic Dyehouse Operator who wants to contribute to the creation of beautiful, high-quality interior fabrics.
This company supplies premium textile products to exclusive international clients and is known for craftsmanship, precision, and top-tier quality.
After a thorough training period, you’ll be fully integrated into the core of the production process: the dyeing and finishing of fabrics. Together with your team, you’ll ensure every fabric looks perfect and meets the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

Collecting and preparing raw materials and resources
Setting up, operating, and monitoring dyeing machines
Measuring, mixing, and adding dyes and chemicals based on formulas
Monitoring and adjusting the dyeing process where necessary
Internal transport of raw and treated fabrics
Performing quality control checks

Gevraagd

Proven experience as an operator or in a production environment
Minimum of LBO+ education level, preferably MBO (intermediate vocational education)
Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and good color perception
Eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset
Structured, solution-oriented way of working

Aanbod

A starting gross hourly wage of €15,34, depending on experience
Travel allowance from 4 km onwards
Day shift working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 15:30 (early weekend!)
Internal training program where you'll learn the entire production process
