Your new role 
As Documentation Specialist, you will have a number of responsibilities, including the setup, maintenance and phase out of material master data in SAP. In relation to operational excellence, you will reduce backlog, adhere to deadlines, report on performance, and collaborate with offshore teams to transfer manual tasks. You will also be involved in the setup of data for new materials as well as product changes in MDG and SAP and setting up related master data elements like bill of materials and production versions in SAP. You’ll process changes to products through the life cycle from setup to phase out and support the finished product master data setup process and on-FPP master data process and process any incoming queries related to material master data globally. Another vital task is shortening time to market, achieving deadlines, target dates, and internal and external communication. Finally, you will contribute to projects by setting up or changing material master data according to deadlines and regulatory / compliance requirements and support new system introductions or updates as a business user through testing where required.

What you’ll need to succeed 
- You have an MBO level 4, preferably in Supply Chain Management, with practical experience working in administrative roles or data entry positions.
- You’re a team player with functional experience with SAP, ECC and MDG or similar Data Management Systems.
- You have advanced PC skills including Excel, Access, Word, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Confluence (optional other Office tools such as OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.)
- You can communicate with stakeholders from various countries and cultures to be able to translate their requirements into a correct setup of the material master data in the SAP system. 
- You have an eye for detail such that all data is compliant with company procedures and GMP standards. 
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage. 

What you’ll get in return 
Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 12 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is anticipated. In this position, the salary range is €2900 to €4700 gross per month based on 40 hours per working week, and your travel expenses are covered.

Within the multidisciplinary teams, specialists in the fields of (molecular) virology, bacteriology, antigen discovery, vaccine formulation, molecular biology, immunology and cell biology work together. The molecular virology group within D&T-R is looking for an enthusiastic research technician to run a project in developing a new vaccine concept for different animal species.
