For Basic Pharma Technologies, we are looking for a 
Laboratory Technician

You will join the development department where you will provide support in process, product and analytical development. In this challenging position, you will deal with all routine and project supporting laboratory work. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in method development and method validation. You will independently ensure adequate protocol drafting, execution and reporting in accordance with planning and budget. Pharmacopoeia and other international quality guidelines serve as a framework. Depending on ongoing projects, you will be scheduled for, among other things:

• Analytical and general routine laboratory work;
• Supporting product-related development and improvement projects;
• Method development and validation;
• Reporting;
• Perform equipment qualification and calibration etc.;
• Maintain and improve department quality systems in accordance with (cGLP) current Good Laboratory Practices;
• Analyses of e.g. cytotoxic products to be performed in an isolator.0

• You are meticulous, eager to learn, solution-oriented and have good analytical skills, are quality-conscious and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You have appropriate technical skills and troubleshooting abilities and are able to operate complex analytical equipment.
• You are able to implement recently developed methods and make them your own. Raising points of improvement is highly appreciated.  
• In addition to your professional contribution, you also contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere. You have a positive attitude and are a real go-getter.
• You are assertive, flexible, independent, stress resistant and have good social skills, good oral and written skills and command of the Dutch and English languages.
