As a French-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will address various operational queries related to IT, HR, and finance, and ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution.

Description

Assisting with IT, HR, logistics, and finance-related matters.
Manage incoming queries via phone and ticketing systems, ensuring accurate logging and tracking of all requests.
Collaborate within a multicultural team to uphold high service standards and deliver efficient support.

Profile

Fluent in French and English. Any other language is a big plus
Able to perform one evening shift per week and one Saturday every three weeks.
Collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues across departments, including IT, HR, and finance
Able to commute to the Hoorn area
Resident in the Netherlands
