We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician for a small UpStream Processing (USP) team. You will do both small- and large scale culture and fermentation to produce antibodies in batches. You work in a small team and share some additional tasks with the team.
Job description
You work in a CMO and produce antibodies for clients in a small production facility. Your work is focused on the USP part, think cell banking, fermentation, and primary recovery. You work under quality guidelines and fill out batch records. The role is initially temporary support while the team is working on the implementation of a new system, which will take at least 6 months. Extension is not impossible but not guaranteed. The team shares general lab management responsibilities, so you will also do some writing, order supplies, and manage shipments.

Profile
- MLO4 or HBO (Bachelor) in biotech or another relevant field
- Experience with USP-processes, ideal candidate has about 3 years of experience
- Understanding of working under quality standards and according to SOPs
- You speak English, live near the site and do not need visa sponsorship
