I’ve partnered with a cutting-edge UAV technology company in the Netherlands that’s redefining VTOL platforms used across defense, inspection, and public safety domains.
They’re now hiring a Senior UAV Integration Engineer to lead the integration of advanced subsystems (hardware + software) into their next-gen UAV products-ensuring reliability, performance, and innovation from concept through to flight.
You’d own the integration roadmap, coordinate with R&D, Hardware, and Software teams, and play a key role in both system design and incident resolution.
Experience of Interest:
- Strong system integration background across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
- Deep expertise in PX4, MAVLink, RF/mesh networking, autopilot systems.
- Experience integrating ISR payloads, C2 systems, LiDAR, and custom sensing technologies.
- Familiarity with low-level programming, real-time processing, and microcontrollers.
- UAV/VTOL product experience from prototyping to deployment.
- Lead R&D initiatives, focusing on next-gen UAV technologies.
- Role based in the Netherlands (hybrid lab/office)
- Salary circa €6,000-€8,000/month + 8% holiday allowance + 27 days PTO
Work includes advanced UAV tech development, testing, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation projects.
