In this role as Front Office Employee you are responsible for receiving the drivers and checking the incoming vehicles and machines. 

Your tasks, among other things, will be:

• Reception and check-in of the drivers
• Checking and entering in documents in the database
• Checking the loads and machines on the trucks for example chassis number, so you have to go outside for this!
• Further administrative processing of the goods, such as creating stickers and documents

You will have a lot of contact with international drivers, so it is very important that you have an excellent command of the English language.

• Gross salary up to €2850 based on a 40-hour working week

As a Front Office Employee you will work at one of the largest auction platforms in the world, where companies have the opportunity to auction their items. But there's a lot more going on behind the scenes! All lots are checked, repaired, washed and cleaned on location, so that they are in top condition for the auction. In addition, professional photo reports are made so that customers get a good idea of the range on the website.

You will come to work in a team of about 10 people, where one colleague will have the same rol as you!

The auctions themselves are real events with a vibrant atmosphere, many visitors and cozy food trucks where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. The run-up to an auction is busy and dynamic, and you may end up working overtime. You can later take those extra hours in time or have them paid out at 150%!
