As an Office Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all office-related operations, from welcoming visitors and managing supplies to supporting HR and organizing internal events. This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a passion for creating a smooth and engaging office experience.
Description
Act as the main point of contact for office visitors, suppliers, and deliveries.
Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, mail, equipment, and general maintenance.
Manage company merchandise, gifting, and employee anniversary programs.
Support internal events by coordinating catering, logistics, and execution.
Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visitor hosting.
Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure smooth office functioning and employee engagement.
Enforce hybrid working policies and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Drive sustainable office practices and support IT and general administrative tasks when needed.
Profile
2-3 years of experience in a similar office management role
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Proactive, hands-on, and a strong team player
Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about people, compliance, and sustainability
