Join our team as a production employee and play a vital role in crafting delicious tapas. Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities include preparing ingredients, packaging products, and conducting quality checks. Enjoy working in a friendly and supportive environment where teamwork is essential. You'll work in a 2-shift system, alternating between early and late starts each week, offering variety in your schedule and extra pay for certain hours.Wij bieden:
- A starting salary of €14.40 per hour, which can increase to €15.52 per hour after 12 weeks based on good performance;
- A full-time position (40 hours per week);
- Additional shift allowances for working in a 2-shift system;
- Travel allowance if you live more than 10 km away;
- A friendly and supportive work atmosphere with dedicated colleagues;
- The opportunity to be part of a team responsible for producing top-quality tapas.
Wij vragen:
- You are available for 40 hours per week;
- You don’t mind working in a 2-shift schedule;
- You live in or near Hoogeveen, or have your own transport to get there;
