For the headquarters in Hoofddorp, my client is looking for a Finance Specialist who will support the growth and development of the Finance department.
Description
- Process invoices checking and booking.
- Handle daily bank reconciliation.
- Set up and manage customer/supplier accounts.
- Track AR and collect payment.
- Arrange payment orders.
- Handle monthly settlement with oversea agents.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal operation teams, suppliers, customers.
- Assist with company's monthly and annually financial analysis and report.
- Assist with cash flow forecast and management.
- Other assignments by management.
Profile
- Degree in finance or accounting related.
- Newly graduated or 1-2 years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of Exact Online system will be a plus.
- Be able to write and speak in fluent English. Dutch will be a plus.
