In this role, you will manage and process Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, and collections while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. You'll work closely with internal and external partners, handling transactions and supporting system improvements to keep operations running smoothly.
Description
- Process and verify Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, and collections in compliance with UCP and URC guidelines.
- Execute and authorize trade finance transactions accurately within core banking and SWIFT systems.
- Perform transaction reconciliations and act as the primary operational contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and participate in system testing to improve trade finance processes.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in trade finance operations, banking operations, corporate finance, export/import documentation, or treasury.
- Fluent English, Dutch is a plus.
- Understanding of Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, and international trade regulations (UCP/URC).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
