Would you like to play a pivotal role in ensuring patients across nearly 100 countries receive the medications they need on time? We’re looking for a Senior Associate Supply Chain – Detailed Scheduler to strengthen our Supply Planning team in Breda.

Our site is known for its operational excellence, short lead times, and ability to manage complex supply chain processes. If you’re a structured, hands-on planner with strong collaborative skills and a drive for improvement — we want to meet you.

Your Role
As Detailed Scheduler, you will be responsible for short-term production planning of our packaging lines. You’ll ensure the timely flow of medicines while aligning capacity, inventory, and stakeholder needs. You will:

  • Develop and manage production schedules for packaging operations
  • Coordinate incoming orders, phase-ins/outs, and support product launches
  • Monitor and improve planning KPIs (e.g. MPS stability)
  • Lead weekly capacity alignment meetings
  • Represent planning in daily operational huddles
  • Resolve planning and operational flow stoppers proactively
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives
  • Lead or support root cause analyses and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP standards

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Experience with supply planning in a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders from operations, quality, and warehouse
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Databricks, or RPA is a plus
  • Experience with GMP is preferred, but not required
  • On-site availability: at least 3 days per week
