At Solutions, we’re searching for a Recruiter who goes beyond scanning CVs. We want someone who sees the story behind the resume – someone who believes in people, loves cultural diversity, and knows how to make the perfect match. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be the face and first point of contact for new talent – from application to contract
• You’re a natural networker – you know your clients inside out and you know where to find hidden gems. You’re constantly talking to new candidates: calling, emailing, messaging – and that buzz gives you the drive to keep going!
• You take initiative to set up creative campaigns – from catchy social media actions to open house days for new talent
• You’re happy to lend a hand with things like timely (transport) planning whenever needed

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (Polish is a big plus!)
• Experience in the staffing world is a bonus, but not required
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable navigating online systems and tools
• You’re a great conversationalist – enthusiastic, friendly, patient – and you truly understand what drives people
• You thrive in a team environment, always offering a helping hand and positive energy
• You live in the area and have a valid driver’s license
