At TransPak, we design and build next-level packaging for semiconductor equipment. Think: super precise, custom-built crates that travel across the world. To keep our production running smoothly, we’re looking for a Technical Buyer who gets energy from managing complex data, interpreting technical drawings, and turning them into smart sourcing strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
🔍 Create and maintain part numbers, pricing and MRP data in our ERP system
🧩 Translate technical drawings into real-world sourcing activities
📊 Negotiate with suppliers and update pricing — accuracy is your middle name
🤝 Collaborate with engineering, quality and global sourcing teams
⚙️ Spot inefficiencies and help standardize how we handle data
🚀 Improve our supplier base, reduce costs, and keep quality sky high

You are:
✔️ Experienced (5+ years) in procurement or technical purchasing
✔️ Used to ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Isah – you name it)
✔️ Comfortable reading technical drawings and documentation
✔️ A critical thinker with eagle-eye attention to detail
✔️ Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus!)
✔️ Someone who understands materials like foam, plastic, plywood, and steel
✔️ Proactive, accurate and not afraid to challenge the status quo
