Key Responsibilities:
  1. Office management:
    • Oversee daily office operations and maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
    • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships to ensure the smooth running of facilities.
  2. HR administration:
    • Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
    • Maintain HR records, including contracts, leave balances, and performance evaluations.
    • Support payroll processing by liaising with relevant departments and ensuring accurate data management.
  3. Employee services:
    • Coordinate training and development sessions as required.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  4. General administrative support:
    • Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
    • Draft reports, communications, and presentations for internal and external use.
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations


Gevraagd

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management and/or HR administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor laws is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
