We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in working in production or logistics at Vistaprint.
Our Venlo location is one of three global production facilities and employs over 400 team members. Here, digital customer orders are turned into high-quality printed products.

If you are proficient in English, Dutch, or German, and you're open to working in a 4-shift schedule, you might be the perfect fit for our team!

• You should possess a strong grasp of either Dutch, English, or German languages.
• Additionally, you must be physically capable of performing tasks that may involve bending, lifting, extended walking, and standing.
• You should be open to working in 4 shifts and be available to work on weekends.
• A commitment to dedicating 37.5 hours per week is required.
• You should have access to personal transportation, whether it's a bicycle, scooter, or car.
• A readiness to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential.

• Employment opportunities are available in production and as a warehouse employee.
• The base hourly wage is €14,40, excluding any applicable shift bonuses. Additional incentives include overtime pay.
• For Saturdays, a bonus of 50% applies until 2:00 pm, and from 2:00 pm on Saturdays to Sunday, a 100% bonus is granted.
• You may be eligible for a commuting allowance, which is set at €0.23 per kilometer (the first 10 kilometers at €0.10 per kilometer)
• The working hours entail a 37.5-hour workweek;
  Morning shift: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  Afternoon shift: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  Night shift: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

During the interview, we’ll work together to determine which department best suits your skills and preferences.

If you’re placed in the production department, you’ll be responsible for setting up machinery and monitoring the quality of each product. Attention to detail is key—you’ll ensure that the print is correctly positioned, colors are accurate, and the finished items are carefully packed and prepared for shipment.

As products move toward the final stages, our logistics team steps in to sort, pick, and pack boxes, making sure everything is delivered to the right location on time.
