We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in the Support & Logistics team at Schiphol. You are responsible for managing aircraft parts for various airlines, and thus contribute to the success of various operational activities.

Description

  • Receiving, issuing and processing of aircraft parts and tools, including accurate administrative processing and labeling of shipments.
  • Inventory management, where you are responsible for monitoring, ordering and storing parts.
  • Preparing shipments, including preparing documentation, processing hazardous materials goods and booking shipments with airlines.
  • Work with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of shipments to the right location.
  • Maintain customer contact and provide updates and build customer relationships.

Profile

  • The ability to obtain a Certificate of No Objection (VGB)
    You have been 8+ years in the EU. This is essential for access to the restricted airside area.
  • Affinity with aviation and willingness to take internal courses such as Security Awareness an Dangerous Goods by Air to follow.
  • Experience in stores, warehouse or warehouse management.
  • Carefulness, accuracy and stress resistance.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts between 6:00-22:00.
  • Ability to work independently and act accurately according to established procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
