Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: Up to €65,000 base + bonus + stock options

Role Description

This role focuses on developing account-based messaging and sales enablement materials to drive adoption and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts. Working closely with sales, you will craft persona-specific content and support client learning initiatives to strengthen market impact.

Team & Collaboration

Team Size: ~10 in Marketing (120 FTE company-wide)
Key Collaboration: Sales, Product, and Client Learning teams

Responsibilities

Develop account-based messaging for key accounts in collaboration with sales teams

Create and manage sales enablement materials, including one-pagers

Support the design and delivery of client learning programs for internal and external audiences

Contribute to strategic GTM initiatives targeting enterprise FMCG accounts with high expansion potential

Requirements

Must-Haves:

2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, generalist marketing, or ABM with an enterprise focus

Proven experience creating content for sales teams and campaigns

Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution

Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Nice-to-Haves:

Background in enterprise SaaS, FMCG/CPG tech, or pricing platforms

Familiarity with developing learning or academy program content
