• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, build, and maintain data lake solutions for internal and external data sharing.
• Implement traditional database and Data Warehouse concepts for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on streaming data analytics.
• Participate in DevOps teams, working closely with architects, requirement engineers, and data scientists.
• Ensure data security and best practices in the cloud environment.
• Utilize analytics and BI tools, particularly within the MS Azure stack.

Gevraagd

• Hands-on experience with Analytics & BI tools in MS Azure (e.g. Synapse, SQL Database).
• Technical background with analytics solutions, preferably in Python, SQL, Pyspark.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and version control (Azure DevOps, ARM, GIT).
• Understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for Azure.
• Knowledge of RBAC, IAM, and security best practices in an Azure environment.
• Ability to collaborate on cloud-native deployments.
• Experience supporting containerized workloads using Kubernetes.
• Understanding of IT Architecture guidelines (e.g., TOGAF) and deployment patterns.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of utility business processes and IT landscape (e.g., SAP ERP, GDPR regulations).

Aanbod

A nice assignment in Amsterdam from Septmeber 2025 to June 2026, for 40 hours per week. For this assignment, you will be employed with us under a flexible contract. The salary ranges from € 6500 to € 7500 gross per month.
