As a Recruiter, you’ll be the first point of contact for new talent. From application to contract, you guide candidates with energy, empathy, and clear communication.

You’ll look beyond the CV, focusing on the person and their potential. Matching the right candidate to the right job is your specialty – and you do it with positivity, whether you’re reaching out by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Building trust with clients is just as important. You’ll get to know their needs inside out and deliver solutions that work. Whether it’s organising walk-in days, creating social media campaigns, or stepping in to support the planning team, you take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the table.

With an open mind and genuine curiosity, you embrace working with people from diverse backgrounds, turning each interaction into a win-win.

• Strong command of English and Dutch (spoken and written); Polish is a plus
• Recruitment or staffing experience is nice to have, but not required
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using systems and tools
• You’re approachable, empathetic, and naturally connect with people
• You believe in second chances, see potential, and think in solutions
• Team spirit is in your DNA – you support others and share the wins
• Living in the Heerhugowaard region and in possession of a driving licence
