Do you have technical affection or experience? Are you able to read and understand manufacturing instructions? Then we might have the perfect job for you! Right now we are looking for a production employee at Tesla.

The Remanufacturing Technician reports to the Team Supervisor. He/she is responsible for determining the root failures of complex electromechanical assemblies, and repairing/remanufacturing those products to specification. The Remanufacturing Tech tests and analyses the devices, and then follows provided instructions to perform the repairs. They also work with engineers and technicians to identify new failure modes, implement corrective/preventive actions, help develop new repair instructions, and work to hand-written and verbal instructions when necessary. Remanufacturing Technicians also use hand tools and computer-based electrical test equipment and databases to analyse and repair product and subassemblies. The position would be located at the Tesla facility in Tilburg Netherlands.

• A salary of €18,19 gross per hour (including ADV)
• Shift allowance of 14% on top of your hourly wage! (when working in shifts)
• A fulltime job from Monday to Friday, with weekly rotating shifts (2 shifts, morning & evening) and a chance of overtime
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days
• Participation in the pension scheme from day one!
• Work for three months, with a potential chance of extension after this period
• Travel allowance of € 0,21 per kilometer
• A very cool technical job within a big international electric car company

Tesla is a well-known American producer of electric cars, trucks and energy storing systems for houses, industrial and electricity networks. The work environment of the remanufacturing technician and the remanufacturing production associate is very clean, well-structured and open. • High school diploma or associate degree is preferred. Equivilant experience or a good show of ability is also welcomed
• Preference of experience in assembly and repair of electro-mechanical components or electric motors
• Working knowledge of high voltage DC battery systems, or basic electronics and DC electrical systems is a plus.
• Experience with semi-automated manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings is also a plus!
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computer tools, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be reliable, innovative, committed, a self-starter, and quality focused.
• Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift 23 kg, which might sometimes be necessary
