Are you a natural leader who knows how to motivate a team while also contributing hands-on to high-quality steel construction work? Then this role at our fast-growing steel construction company in Ossendrecht is exactly what you're looking for!

As a team leader, you’ll oversee a team of welders and metalworkers in our production hall. You’ll manage daily task distribution, monitor project timelines, and ensure the quality of completed work. You’ll also be actively involved on the shop floor and serve as the point of contact for your colleagues and production planning. Safety, efficiency, and a positive work environment are your top priorities. Together with your team, you deliver custom steelwork of the highest standard. And the best part? After just two months, you’ll receive a permanent contract!

• A full-time, responsible leadership role (40 hours per week)
• You are going to work in a dayshift
• A monthly salary between € 3,400 and € 4,100 gross, depending on experience and leadership ability
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay
• Start via Adecco with a chance of a permanent contract after two months

Easily accessible by car and public transport from West Brabant and Zeeland. There is a bus stop nearby.

• Proven experience in steel construction or metalwork
• Experience as a foreman or team leader is a strong plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• MBO-level thinking and working ability
• Willingness to travel to Ossendrecht
