Do you like working with your hands and getting things done?

Are you looking for a steady job in day shifts and enjoy being part of a close-knit team? Then this opportunity as a production worker in concrete manufacturing might be perfect for you!

What are you going to do?

As a production worker, you’ll help create concrete building components. You’ll work day shifts from 07:45 AM to 4:30 PM and take on a variety of tasks to support the production process.

Your tasks include:

Assembling molds and reinforcement elements
Installing embedded parts
Pouring concrete
Unloading finished products
Performing quality checks and keeping the process on track
Working closely with your teammates to keep everything running smoothly
Keeping your work area clean and organized

You’ll join a team where collaboration, a good atmosphere, and supporting each other are central.

What do we offer?

Hourly wage up to €18.75 + 12% shift allowance (full-time basis)
25 vacation days + 12 additional days (paid out)
8.33% holiday pay and a year-end bonus
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
Weekly pay – your salary paid every Wednesday

VMBO-level education (or equivalent)
A hands-on attitude and team spirit
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime if needed
Basic Dutch is a plus, English or German also welcome
Experience in a production environment is a bonus
