As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to actively contribute to this success!
As a Technical Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for our dealers (B2B) in the German-speaking market. Whether it’s questions about orders, returns, or in-depth technical specifications of our product portfolio, you ensure every query is handled quickly, expertly, and with a customer-first approach. On the technical side, you provide the initial assessment, analyze complex technical issues, and take full responsibility for all communication and resolution. With your customer- and solution-oriented mindset, you build strong relationships and make sure every dealer ends the conversation with a smile. In addition, you deliver outstanding after-sales service for e-bikes and batteries.
Beyond direct customer contact, you identify trends in performance dashboards, actively contribute ideas for technical improvements, and collaborate with product developers on quality projects. In this way, you not only provide hands-on customer support but also play a valuable role in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Representative:
Act as the primary contact for approximately 80 dealers, assisting them with a wide range of (technical) questions and business needs.
Build long-term, positive relationships with dealers, ensuring every interaction leaves them satisfied.
Ensure smooth and accurate administrative handling of orders, returns, and related requests.
Support market issue investigations, sample preparation, post-processing tasks, and the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
Work closely with the German Account Manager to ensure optimal customer support.
Explore additional projects that match your interests and strengths. For example, if you have graphic design skills, you can contribute to placing and optimizing visual content in the dealer portal.

An affinity with technology or bicycles and experience in a customer service–oriented role.
A completed vocational education (MBO level)
Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written. In addition, you speak either English or Dutch to communicate effectively with colleagues.
