This role supports a small, international aircraft investment management team with financial, administrative, and office management tasks. Duties include processing invoices, assisting with audits, reconciling expenses, organizing meetings across time zones, arranging travel, and managing daily office operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile credit card payments with receipts and post them in the general ledger system.
Analyze and validate supplier invoices against contracts and servicing agreements.
Review and process personnel declarations for financial administration.
Prepare payments for invoices and employee expense claims.
Assist external administrative service providers and auditors during financial audits.
Organize complex transaction meetings and international conference calls across time zones.
Manage daily office operations, including travel arrangements, office supply orders, and occasional catering.
Profile
Flexible and proactive with a hands-on approach
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance and/or accounting
2-3 years' experience in financial services or accounting
Fluent in English and Dutch
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Able to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Proficient in accounting systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Self-starter with ambition and drive
Excellent communication skills
Resides in or near Amsterdam
