Are you a visionary logistics leader ready to shape and steer the logistics operations of a complex, high-volume international supply chain? As Senior Manager Logistics Services, you will be at the helm of one of the most dynamic and critical functions within our supply chain—responsible for optimizing performance across warehousing, transport, 3PL management, customer logistics solutions, and long-term network design.

You will play a vital role in safeguarding and elevating our logistics capabilities  operationally, tactically, and strategically while leading a team of experienced managers and driving continuous improvement across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development
- Inspire, develop, and lead a strong logistics team (Logistics Ops, 3PL, Account Management & Network Design; 4 direct reports, 12 in total)
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning
- Ensure high team engagement and readiness for future succession

Logistics Operations Excellence
- Oversee all logistics activities including warehousing, outbound transport (road, multimodal, deep-sea), and pallet handling
- Ensure legal, safety, and quality compliance across all logistics flows
- Deliver high OTIF, service levels, and working capital optimization

3PL Management & Strategic Partnerships
- Lead the selection, onboarding, and performance management of 18+ logistics service providers (LSPs)
- Create and maintain contracts with clear KPIs and exit strategies
- Drive logistics scalability in line with business growth

Customer Logistics & Commercial Support
- Build and deliver value-adding logistics solutions to our customers
- Align with Sales and Commercial teams to embed logistics in our go-to-market strategy
- Manage cost-to-serve and enhance logistics performance visibility

Network Design & Analytics
- Map and analyze our logistics network from the Potato fields to the customer and drive strategic improvements
- Develop long-term network plans to ensure security of supply and future scalability
- Lead initiatives to reduce total landed cost and enhance customer SLAs

Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Define and execute the long-term logistics (Warehousing and Transport) strategy for the organization
- Initiate cost-saving, digital, and sustainability-driven projects
- Secure logistics readiness 2–5 years ahead

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Proven leadership in a complex, multi-country logistics or customer service environment (preferably food or manufacturing)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English
